The challenge
Bring conversation design, knowledge retrieval, channel integrations, and subscription management into one platform.
What I built
I architected the platform, built its drag-and-drop conversation editor, integrated dynamic RAG, and implemented tenant subscriptions with usage limits and feature access.
Behind the interface
A central admin panel brings together configuration, account overrides, and monitoring for multi-channel webhook handlers.

The challenge
Give each business its own storefront and account boundaries while running the marketplace from a shared platform.
What I built
I designed the multi-tenant marketplace, integrated Stripe and SendGrid/Twilio delivery, and automated wildcard SSL, Nginx configuration, and AWS EC2 deployments.

A master admin system supports platform oversight, buyer account isolation, and multi-tenant data integrity.

The app brings together a catalog, cart, checkout, and TomTom-powered maps. An Express and Firebase API supports the mobile experience alongside an admin dashboard.
Behind the interface
Customer and driver workflows live within the same product, connecting orders to the people delivering them.

About me
I’m a developer with a civil engineering background and 4+ years of experience in web and mobile software.
I work across the application: React and Next.js on the frontend, Python and Node.js on the backend, and React Native for mobile. Recent projects have involved multi-tenant platforms, AI chatbots, payment integrations, and delivery workflows.
I studied software engineering at ALX Africa after earning my civil engineering degree at Wollo University. I enjoy understanding how a system works, working through its constraints, and taking a feature from an initial requirement to a working product.
